basically this is a full breached documentary on the history of new york skateboarding
independent filmmakers Coan Nichols and Rick Charnoski have been working three years to make this awesome film which looks fucking awesome when i seen this when i was browsing through hypebeast.com just seeing whats new i gasped . call me a dork but i find things like this extremely interesting"it also takes on another dimension, covering the Big Apple itself as the film’s central figure, a growing and changing cityscape of unlimited skate terrain." this is quoted from a website i got further information regarding this film. so its just not following skateboarding from the 1970's to the modern day but it also showing the influences it has on soceity and new york and where its headed as a movement.Iit holds never before seen footage and exclusive interviews from two skateboard veterans . It's all Narrated by Chloe Sevigny [ her pic above] which if you fashionista's remember blessed her face on the cover of NYLON April 2008, along side anja rubik,and clémence poésy.
